INITIAL CONTACT & SCHEDULING
Nayelli Ramos, our Office Representative, will step in at this stage. She will be available to gather any additional information needed and schedule your complimentary on-site evaluation. Additionally, she will send you a welcome email with details about our financing options and answers to frequently asked questions. For those with busy schedules or simple projects, we also offer a virtual process for quick quotes.
ON-SITE ASSESSMENT & DETAILED PROJECT BID
A bid expert will personally meet with you to understand your project, address questions, and offer design suggestions based on their expertise. To enhance this process, a 3-D rendering can be utilized.
Within 24-48 hours, the bid expert will present a comprehensive project scope with estimated material and labor costs. We commit to honoring the bid pricing for 30 days.
You can conveniently review and approve the estimate electronically. Any modifications or questions can be discussed during this stage. Throughout the process, you will have direct communication with your bid expert, and Nayelli will be available to offer additional support, useful tips, and friendly guidance.
CONTRACT & PROJECT OVERVIEW
To ensure our client’s needs are met and everyone’s interests are protected, we provide a comprehensive agreement. Your bid expert and project Foreman will meet with you in person to go over any final details. We find that this part of the process allows us to get to know our clients on a more personal level and is an integral part of ensuring the best final outcome.
During this meeting, we will review the project timeline, budget, materials, and any specific requests or concerns you may have. Transparency is key to our approach, and we aim to address all questions thoroughly to foster a sense of trust and collaboration.
PROJECT DELIVERY & COMPLETION
Throughout the duration of the project, regular updates will be provided to keep you informed of progress. Our team is committed to maintaining open lines of communication, and we encourage you to reach out at any time with questions or feedback.
